About this event

Healthy Longevity Speaker Series: Meaningful Connections

Staying connected keeps you healthy!

Are you craving more friendship and fun in your life? As we grow older, longtime friendships may change, and making new connections can feel challenging.

Join us for a fun, interactive workshop exploring why friendships matter, how to meet new people, and ways to nurture meaningful relationships throughout retirement.

Come ready to share ideas, enjoy some laughs, and discover new opportunities for connection!

Bring a neighbor—or a friend!

Featuring Ann Blick Hamer, LCSW

Ann is a geriatric clinical social worker and educator who supports older adults and their families. Her extensive experience includes leadership and educational roles at the Institute on Aging, Stanford's Geriatric Education Center, and Kaiser Permanente.

Free and open to the public!

Registration encouraged. Light refreshments provided.
