Join Village of the Coastside members and guests for a leisurely walk in the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, one of the Coastside's most treasured natural areas.
We'll follow the scenic bluff-top trails through the reserve's iconic Monterey cypress grove, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and opportunities to spot seabirds and other coastal wildlife. Bring binoculars if you'd like a closer look, and don't forget your water bottle.
For thousands of years, people have been drawn to this remarkable stretch of coastline. Today, Fitzgerald Marine Reserve continues to protect one of California's most beautiful and historically significant coastal landscapes.
Meet in the parking lot by the Visitor Center.
Note: Dogs are not permitted within the Marine Reserve.
Please register in advance so we know who plans to attend. If possible, consider carpooling. If you'll be driving from Pacifica or over the hill and have room for others, please let us know.
